Use case: how much revenue is hiding in your existing traffic?

That is exactly the question we explored together with Swiss watchmaker Grovana.

The starting point was an online shop with high-quality “Swiss Made” watches, clean navigation and attractive product pages. Even so, the conversion rate remained well below expectations.

Instead of investing more budget in additional traffic, we started by analysing the user experience.

🔍 Evaluated heatmaps and click maps
🔍 Identified conversion barriers
🔍 Optimised the checkout
🔍 Improved product presentation
🔍 Created more orientation and trust

The insight:
Many online shops work perfectly from a technical point of view. But that doesn’t mean they are realising their full revenue potential.

The results of the optimisation pleasantly surprised even the client. 📈

💬 “We were pleasantly surprised by how much impact the optimisations had, and it motivates us to keep developing the online shop.”
(Christopher Bitterli, Managing Director, Grovana Uhrenfabrik AG)

For many smaller e-commerce shops, the next step towards growth is not buying more traffic, but optimising the existing customer journey.
